I grew up on US Pizza, so when I went home for the holidays this year, I had to stop by for a salad. I ordered my salad to go, and the guy who took my order said it would only be a few minutes. I thought he was kidding but by the time I dropped my tip into the bucket, walked a few feet to sit at a bar stool and settled myself, my salad showed up. A few minutes indeed! I ordered the Salad Supreme which is mixed lettuce with onions, green peppers, black olives, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, and bacon bits. I usually get my salad without onions and my meat of choice is ham - the other choices are turkey or chicken. Of course, I got the house dressing which is DIVINE and similar to a creamy italian. This salad is cool, fresh, and filling (if you get a large!). I've tried to duplicate this salad at home many times and it never seems to work out the same! So I just have to get it when I visit home. And I do, every time. Yelp 52 #48

Not awful, but not awesome. The tequila-lime wings were a little overcooked and the Victory Garden pizza was oily and light on actual vegetables. There is a long list of vegetables that are supposed to be on it, and there were certainly tomatoes (possibly canned), but the rest were few and unevenly applied. I'm not wild about the cracker-style crust, but I guess that's a matter of taste. I'd go back if friends really, really, wanted to, but probably not of my own volition.

The pizza is decent. The staff is incompetent. Over all, it isn't worth the hassle to have a pizza.

This is one of my all time favorite places to go. When I visit Little Rock I always stop here. The problem is that I want three different things. The supreme salad with chicken, don't forget the house dressing. When you finish the salad dip the crackers in the dressing. I also really like the turkey and mozzarella sandwich again with the house dressing. Finish up with a pizza. Dave's favorite pizza is tastey and spicey, make sure to have a beverage handy. Been coming here years and will continue!

Okay when you're salad beats the pizza, you know it's a dump. Can't see what anyone sees in this place. Domino's has a better pizza, which is pretty low.

I used to love this place when I was growing up but the pizza was a bit lacking in flavor and texture this last time I was home. The prices were fine but the pizza was, "meehh..." Come on US, you can do better!!!

Little bit pricy for pizza, but was very yummy. My boyfriend and I got a pepperoni pizza, hot sticks, and a pitcher of Blue Moon. The hot sticks were very tasty, warm buttery and had a nice little spicy kick. The pitcher of beer was 9 bucks, which seemed a bit steep to me, but I'm used to only buying beer when it's happy hour at places and I just really felt like a beer. Pepperoni pizza, not really hard to screw up. I found they put a nice amount of pepperoni, sauce was not too sweet, not too vinegary, and I really liked the crust, it's crispy and cracker like. I was a little bit ticked off that our server took away our marinara sauce from our breadsticks and then we were charged 80 cents for a new one for our pizza. So, including tip it was about 35 bucks for 2 breadsticks, a pizza and a pitcher of beer. I would definitely go again, but do some research and go when they have a deal.

This is an exciting place. For the last 30 years I have enjoyed all of the US Pizza Company locations. As in other reviews I have written I judge on Service, Food Quality and Value. Generally speaking 2 out of 3 of any of these makes for a great experience. First lets discuss the food. Starting with the salads, specifically the salad supreme. You can not under any circumstances get any better than this. It isn't so much a salad as it is a lettuce bed for all the good stuff. Meat, cheese, bacon, olives and the dressing...yummy stuff. The pizzas are great traditional pizzas that have lots of toppings and cheese and not so much crust. The crust is cooked crispy and that just adds to the overall goodness. The subs are well made and flavorful and the expanded menu items are very good as well. All in all the food is prepared well and flavorful. The overall value is a bonus too. Given the amount of food you receive, the atmosphere and service, I would say that there are few pizza places around the world that I have been to that dare to compare on any level. Sadly I have moved away from Arkansas, but I have heard that franchises are becoming available and I have also heard that they are coming to California. I can't wait.

One of my favorite places to eat. The pizza is on a crispy, thin crust, the veggies are fresh and most important, when it says 'spicy', it's true. I recommend the 'Chloroplast Blast'. Service is friendly and really on the ball. I only go in once a month or so but the waiter remembers what I like.

I absolutely love the big salads with the yummy house dressing. All the pizza I've had is great, and having eaten pizza all over the world, this outshines most of them.

I've lived in Little Rock for 3 years and not once gave this place a second look. My wife and I thought we would give this place a try since they were rated #1 in the Little Rock area for pizza in a local guide. Here are the bullets of this particular restaurant and our HORRIBLE experience. 1. TIME: 7:30pm Hostess had us chose our own table, then had an attitude when we picked one that needed cleaning. She sprayed the table and whatever solution in the bottle sprayed me and my wife. 2. Server gave us 15 minutes after we said we needed a couple minutes to decided. More on her in a second, but we got a back up server to take our order b/c the first one had to take an extremely large phone order plus had to other tables...no big deal. TIME: 7:45 3. Appetizer was a salad for my wife and hot wings for me. Salad was supposed to be mixed greens, but came out ICEBERG lettuce. Always a downgrade in my book. Our first server said the wings would be right out. TIME: 8:00. No biggy b/c wings take around 10-15mins from fry to table. 4. TIME: 8:15 and my wife was done with her salad....no wings. 16 pizzas for the large order was done b/c I could see them stacking the boxes. Other people that came in way after us have their food. We counted about 8-10 servers in a half full restaurant. Our server ABANDONED us b/c I see her checking her other tables with other servers....now I'm upset. 5. TIME now 8:20 and I go up to the manager to cancel the wing order seeing as it was way past the appetizer time and I didn't want it with the pizza that was surely ready to come out. Nice manager - canx wings so no charge. Server overhears and says "oh there's your wings!" (smile), another server quick to defend "wings take a while." My comment was "it should have been at the table a while ago (20 mins ago)." 6. Get back to the table and my wings are brought out...still free. From the looks at them, they've been under the hot light FOR A WHILE. The skin is soggy and no longer crispy from the fryer. I'm upset but maybe the taste of their "homemade Italian dressing" can cover up the soggy wings. EH WRONG, ranch mixed w/Italian dressing = GROSS! TIME now 8:30. 7. Where the hell is the pizza??? On what planet does it take 45mins for pizza to be on the table in a half full restaurant? My wife suggest that we go b/c this was ridiculous. We go back up to the manager so we can pay for our salad and go. NICE Manager - NO CHARGE and APOLOGIZES, however says that on the weekend it usually takes 35 - 40 mins to get pizza to the table. WRONG...like I said several people came after us and ordered around the same time had their pizza and other orders at their table. TIME OUT: 8:40. 8. If you cannot have gluten in your diet, the staff has no clue what gluten free means although its advertised on their menu. 9. Overall, I cannot believe there's a ZERO STAR option. I've been to several "hole-in-the-wall" pizzerias around the US that would put this place to shame. Sorry but big chains have this place beat...Chicago Pizza was only 2 restaurants down and I had way better service and food. Peace out this place does not and will not get a second chance with me.

Sooo overpriced for pizza! We ordered the "garden" salad. When it arrived it was a plate of iceburg with fake bacon bits for $3.49- no cheese or anything- just greens. All other toppings for the salad were $.60 each. What's up with that?? Pizza arrives and it's tiny- I was thinking it would be a thick crust- it was super thin and tiny. A $12.95 pizza was about the size of a small frozen pizza ( I swear it was the same crust). Toppings were OK- canned mushrooms and just avg. Thank goodness it was just 1 adult and 2 small kids. I asked the waiter if this was the personal size pizza and he said it was not. He asked me if I'd like to order a 2nd. For $12.95 NO THANKS! It's not much better than frozen and soooooo overpriced!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
